The Scam Blocklist can easily be added as another list in adblockers. In uBlock Origin (Firefox | Chrome) you can add https://raw.githubusercontent.com/durablenapkin/scamblocklist/master/adguard.txt as a Custom Filter List under the Filter lists tab.
