when object is off the edge but touches the image.

Reported by Alex Pospischil
https://groups.google.com/g/astrometry/c/3s3X3xqiaNU/m/9IKD7aRWBgAJ

Situation:
Astronomy.net online page shows the object of interest in the annotated image (NGC 7000). The center of the object is not within the image.

(image temporaryly made vsisible, content is copyrighted material: http://nova.astrometry.net/user_images/4258515#annotated - Copyright: Yannick Akar 2020, https://www.astrobin.com/373826/?nc=use ) .

Expected behaviour:
The object NGC 7000 is part of the annotated image at astrometry.net and therefore should be also part of the annotations info.

 Errors:
The annotations don't show the object: http://nova.astrometry.net/api/jobs/4824414/annotations , only stars:
