demo中的vue不支持原生组件 #19

当使用vuepress-plugin-run时，文档中Vue.options.components如下，像Transition等原生组件都在原型链上

但vue-run-sfc-preview组件中执行了如下合并，导致demo中的Vue丢失了原生组件

不知道这个合并有何作用，建议干掉
