Hi @nishanil,
I seem to be unable to access the books - using your links I get the following error messages:
Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.microsoft.com/net/download/thank-you/aspnet-ebook-mobi" on this server.
and
You don't have permission to access "http://www.microsoft.com/net/download/thank-you/aspnet-ebook-epub" on this server.
Are there permission issues with those locations, or is the problem on my end?

That is very strange. I re-checked these links and it seems to be working fine. Have you tried a different browser or check links "in-private" mode?

Thanks very much for checking. I just tried again (same browser), and was able to successfully download the files.
