Default keybindings missing/not working

• The issue can be reproduced on the latest available commit of Doom.

• The issue can be reproduced on a stable release of Emacs, such as 27, 28, or 29. (Unstable versions end in .50, .60, or .9x)

Sometimes a lot of default keybindings simply start missing

In the video i try SPC h r C-+ C-- (to zoom in/out) SPC gg (for magit), and as you can see, it simply went missing

+1 as I just installed Doom, nothing in doom doctor or Messages, I am missing a lot of default keybindings (SPC b is undefined, SPC g is undefined, SPC SPC...)

As an update to my previous +1, it looks like my emacs distribution was surreptitiously upgraded which meant I needed to rerun doom upgrade. I didn't realize this was the case due to the upgrade but just wanted to leave this note here for anyone else in case it happens to them as well.
