Wrong behaviour when leaving the page

I am facing this issue with the library: whenever I am not on the app's browser tab and I come back to the app's tab then I get spammed with all the notifications that were triggered when I was not focusing on the app's browser tab.

Is there any way to configure that if I am not focusing on the app's browser tab the angular-notifier will still send notifications? (so they are being triggered as normal and being hidden at the normal time and when I come back I will basically miss everything I didn't saw)
