See: http://repocheck.com/#https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fspotify%2Fdockerfile-maven

"In the past month, the repo maintainers closed 5 pull requests, while 1 new PR's remain open. We then normalize the ratio 5:1 to a scale of 0–10 to arrive at PR Effectiveness 8.3."

There's three open pull-requests though. Can the "In the past month" be configurable? Past 6, 12, 18 months be choices as well as 2yr, 3yr, 5yr, 10yr? Configurable would be a control within the page, as well as a URL param to the right of the repo-name.

If that's an API-limit risk, then how about a "presently" option?

Good thoughts. I'm coming back to working on the app, and the big change is to fully support oauth. That'll help with the API limitations.

I'm pleased that you are - it is a fantstic idea. Think about speaking at conferences on it too (and with stats/graphics that you have handy)
