Set RC variable for windres #820

Hello Dockcross-Team,

this container collection is a real big deal to get easy access to win-builds. Thanks for providing.

I had two recommendations:

Could you please define the RC for the windres tool

-rwxr-xr-x.  1 root root  1425912 Mar  4 13:51 x86_64-w64-mingw32.shared-windres

Could you please add a table with all predefined variables, perhaps is windres already aligned to an variable.

Thanks for the kind words. This is a community-driven project that does seem to fill a real need.

Yes, and RC variable sounds good. Please create a PR -- the best place is probably common/common.windows.

We current do not have a table of image environmental variables, but contributions in this regard are welcome.
