Hi RCTD team!

I run the RCTD with doublet mode. The cell type mode include singlet, doublet certain, doublet uncertain, and reject. Some spots showed NA, I wonder what this means and how they have been defined. what is the difference between NA and reject? Shall we still include them in the downstream analysis?
