Hello!

One question about the interpretation of the results from RCTD:

I am not sure how to interpret this.

Which cell type assignement is confident? Only spot_class "singlet"?
Why is first_class FALSE for every single cell in my object?
Why does a spot_class "reject" gets a first_type assignment?
Where can I find a confidence measure for celltype assignment?
