There is now a regular report that gives % of variants from regular sampling - https://www3.dmsc.moph.go.th/

in addition Genomics sampling seems to be released to the media irregularly e.g.

Of those samples, 406 were infected with the original BA.1 strain of Omicron while 1,479 were BA.2
He said 22 patients were also found to have contracted the BA.2.2 subvariant of Omicron and 61 others were found to be infected with the BA.2.3 strain

Out of the more than 2,000 samples that were sent for genomic sequencing last week, 99.7% were found to be the Omicron variant, with BA.2 sub-variant increasing from 52% to 68% and BA.1 sub-variant accounting for 32%, he said. Four, however, were suspected to be the BA2.2 sub-variant.
