Duplicate undeletable aliasses, UX

I think I can’t provide instructions how to reproduce this, but after the CMS 3.11 → 4.1 migration I had (next to a mess of more than 50 aliases generated from static placeholders, most of them are empty), entries with the same name. Only one of them was used, and I can’t delete the other one. When I try to delete it, I get the message

You don't have permissions to delete alias "ig footer delete me (Not published)". Please request your site admin to add permissions to delete alias, or delete alias from all places that it being used.

This alias wasn't used by any object.

@MacLake Entries with the same name? static_code and site should be unique. Can you share a changelist view?

Do you have DJANGOCMS_VERSIONING_ALLOW_DELETING_VERSIONS = True in your settings?
