Word input validation and auto completion

Motivation

Entering words with all relevant meta information (articles, singular/plural, etc) takes a lot of time

Proposed Solution

1. Add a word database to the CMS
2. When a user enters a word, we can look up matches while typing. The choices can be shown while the user is entering more information in a drop down.
3. When the user selects the word, all available information is automatically filled in.

This is also useful for end users of the app which maintain their own words. We can expose this functionality via API and allow users to validate their words.
