Add option to select/deselect all languages in Page Access Statistics

Motivation

With a lot of languages it becomes tedious to select only one or a few languages, as you need to deselect every language manually.

Proposed Solution

A checkbox to select/deselect all languages at once. So that afterwards you can select only the languages you want selected.

Alternatives

Keep it as it is.

User Story

As a manager I want to quickly filter the languages displayed in the page access statistics so that I can be more efficient.

@nikolahoff I created this based on the discussion in #3133 and was wondering if we also need a 'Select All' button?

@juliankehne it's the same checkbox:) when unchecked - no languages are selected & you can select the languages manually, when checked - all languages are selected.
