Translate point_of_contact_for content in contact cards

Motivation

Currently, contact cards are not translated. This includes the point_of_contact_for field, which means job titles like "Integrationsbeauftragte/r" are not translated.

Proposed Solution

Find a way to translate them.
The easiest way is probably to provide a list of selectable job titles instead of a free-text field, but that is not flexible at all.
Alternatively, Contacts need to be translatable objects just like Page, Events, POIs.

User Story

As an enduser, I want jobtitles to be understandable, i.e. in my native/reading language.

@osmers I think we need a decision/input from you on this, since it's unclear from this conversation on mattermost how important this would be as a feature, seeing as how it would be high effort.

I think for now we can leave it out of the initial presentation of the new feature - but I assume it might be something municipalities would want. Since they always have the alternative of writing the title in the editor so it gets translated. That is something I would like to try though as soon as adding contact cards to editor is on the test cms, to see how well it works
