This issue is a meta issue to suggest upstream contributions in libraries we use

Fix race conditions in tree library

add_child / add_root not race condition safe django-treebeard/django-treebeard#53

Fix bugs in linkcheck library

Fix bugs in PDF library

Fix type hints in Sphinx documentation

Type hints are irregularly documented (+link generation broken) sphinx-doc/sphinx#9813
