User Story

As a help desk employee I want to scan the QR code encoded chat ID to quickly access translated information about the client.

Details

The app will present the chat ID as a QR code (see #72 ). We need a tool that resolves the UUID into a Zammad ticket URL that can be used in a redirect.

This probably needs to involve the Integreat CMS.
