Provide Config/API for additional data sources

For additional sources we need a more generic approach to fetch data. We therefore need a configuration that defines where data should be pulled from, what format the response has, and how it sould be stored in the vector database.

We could try to support the WordPress API as an initial solution. However, the implementation should not be tailored to WP only.
