Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an environmentally conscious and frugal dev I don't like high lots of unnecessary runtime and credit usage.

Describe the solution you'd like
Check our CI insights: https://app.circleci.com/insights/github/digitalfabrik
Remove unnecessary runs and steps and clean up CI.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
