Enhancement: Customize margin on side of VN Textbox

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On smaller resolutions (like pixel games), the hardcoded margins look a little strange. Sometimes, the text has too much padding around the sides.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a little input box for how much margin/padding you want.
(By the way, what is the little up arrow and down arrow and number box called?)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Ignoring it. You could workaround with custom textboxes too though.

You can change these by having a custom stylebox (these are defined by the styleboxes content margin)

Do I have to press "make custom" in the UI to do this? Where do I find this?
Also, could you add an option for the margins be added here (like in the image below)?
