Need an Index in README for each program in each languages

Sure, there are currently a lot of code regarding DSA in the repo, so in order to avoid duplication I wish to create an index, with 2 parameters i.e. Program Name and Programming Language, if the program name exists in that programming language, participants will avoid that particular program

Do you want the indexing for main README file or Need to add README in every programming language folder?
If its in main README file then where are you planning to add?
