Forgoten Password or maybe a BUG?

Hey guys i don't know what happens, but i'm sure i didn't forget my password, since have it as saved on my browser, the issue is that when i'm trying to login i get Login Failed: Invalid login! Please try again. i don't know why, this is the administrator account that i can't login, i don't see any button for Forget Password or Reset Password, even i have user account and with it i can login, so what happens and how i can login with the administrator, or even how to creat a new administrator account from database or from other place?

Are you sure you're under /admin, or are you just at your base game panel URL? Common issue is to leave off /admin.
