Please Help!

Hi, I am using your WP Offload SES Lite Plugin for Wordpress. I have it all setup. I believe that it's configured correctly because when I send a test email I receive it. However, when I use the contact from from my WP contact page it I do not receive the email at the email address I have configured in the "WordPress Notification Email" field. Below is the diagnostic info from the plugin support tab.
