yarn not detected when using "yarn workspaces" mode

When using yarn workspaces, the yarn.lock file is located in the root folder.
If I run npm-consider install <pkg> inside a nested folder that represents a package in my monorepo (workspace), npm-consider does not detect this belongs to a yarn workspace and tries to use npm install instead.
