Bump tensorflow from 2.8.2 to 2.11.1

Please update this repo tensorflow requirement from 2.8.2 to 2.11.1 .
Otherwise Napari wont install the extension as it conflicts with versioning. I noticed that this branch from the other repo is already waiting to be merged. Reference: [https://github.com/deep-finder/deep-finder/tree/dependabot/pip/tensorflow-2.11.1](deep-finder), but hasnt.

Is there a way to request this repo to call for the requirements of the branch that has the correct tensorflow version?
