I have used pasv mode, but I get an error when I use the ftp command to transfer on the cmd command line.
ftp>ls
500 Illegal PORT command.
425 Use PORT or PASV first.
ftp>quote pasv
227 Rntering Passive Mode <ip.39.34>.
425 Failed to establish connection.
