Options for new and existing cards sync on Anki Plugin | Feedback + Idea

Greetings, @debanjandhar12 @cdpath !

Currently, the plugin allows us to update, delete, and create new cards based on the blocks' uuid every time we sync from the logseq.

I think it might be slower and slower to sync if we have more cards based on my experience of using it.

However, it would be better if we have a few features that allow us to select:
1. create only new cards to new or existing decks
2. update selected decks
3. create new cards & update selected or all decks

The main reason I request this is that we don't need to unnecessarily overwrite all the decks if we just need to upload the new card, which leads to faster sync.

I'm sorry if there already are these features in the plugin. I seem to not find it yet, please help guide me, if there are any.
