automated screen reader testing with guidepup.dev

i'm not quite sure how screen reader testing is going to work out in the end. the first step is to integrate guidepup into our documentation workflows.

the first phase would use guidepup to export approximate screen reader scripts. these approximations will save some screen reader testing time, but they should not replace screen reader testing.
