Much clearer CTA about funding DDEV and why #253

We have a reasonable statement of funding options on Github at https://github.com/sponsors/ddev

It's something. It's not great.

However, on ddev.com we don't have a clear CTA anywhere. We have https://ddev.com/support-ddev/#sponsor-development and https://ddev.com/#supporters but they're absolutely not adequate

We need to explain lots of things:

Why we want to fund DDEV
Why it benefits our stakeholders (the users!)
Where the funds go
How to go about it

A clear way to support as individual and as organization are critical.
