File Upload Dialog

A GUI dialog to upload/send a file. Most other terminal emulators with file transfer support (like TeraTerm) have such a thing, and K95 probably should too as it is perhaps the one remaining place where less technical users are forced to use the command screen.

This dialog should probably include a field to enter a filename (with a button to bring up a file dialog to browse), plus protocol options.
