Add markdown support

Hi, I like the idea of this plugin but using commands is really jank. I'd like it if you could support custom markdown syntax or have it just like regular emojis (maybe with the format kao-emoji_name)

I will look into this, possibly with a settings option to toggle whether to use commands, emoji or both. Thanks for the suggestion!
