Update setup to use finegrained token

The setup instructions for this repo request providing a complete personal access token, which is kind of crazy. The deployment process instructions should really be updated to request fine grained tokens for this repo only.

As far as I'm aware providing a personal access token is a big no-no and gives users arbitrary access over all your code 😬. Perhaps I'm missing something. Hope this helps in any case
