Add 'ə’ to the list of characters and add a manual character list setting

The Azerbaijani Manat symbol ₼ has been added, however, the letter Ə / ə (schwa), which is a common letter in the Azerbaijani alphabet, is missing.

Perhaps manually configuring the proposed list of characters for each letter could resolve most issues and future requests.
Nevertheless, the current functionality is very convenient. Thank you!
