Explain how the GoReleaser automation works #5

What is the issue?

Dagger uses GoReleaser to publish binaries. This repository is also updated by GoReleaser which means we are constrained by it's Nix file template.

We should explain that in the README, so that people wanting to submit PRs (eg. #4) understand the release process.
