[FIX-frontend] Change Loading Animation after Onboarding to a Consistent Style

Description:

After a new user completes the onboarding process, a loading animation appears before they are redirected to the homepage. This animation is inconsistent with the other loading animations used throughout the platform. We need to replace this loading animation to maintain visual consistency across the app.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Replace the loading animation that appears after onboarding with the same loading animation used elsewhere in the platform.
• The animation should match the style, duration, and branding of other loading animations.
• The user should be redirected to the homepage once the animation finishes.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Sign up as a new user.
• Complete the onboarding process.
• Observe the loading animation before being redirected to the homepage.

Proposed Solution:

• Use the existing consistent animation already implemented elsewhere in the platform. Ensure that the transition after the onboarding and the timing of the animation are smooth.

Just a heads up the start command would be bun start:all not bun start if someone can raise a issue and fix the readme it would be great.
