For example to suggest keywords/tags for the user to subscribe to, based for example on geo-location, previously expressed interests etc.

This could be a client javascript that reads the p and proposes keywords by comparing words from p with a semantic database. @juyrjola could semsi be used for this?

Right now and for this pilot we'll be supporting only the existing functionality, in the settings page.
