https://cypht.org/docs/ is gone. It was powered by ApiGen #990

A few concerns:

Do we want to continue to use ApiGen?
Links to apigen.org need an update: ApiGen.org domain expired last year and was bought by another party ApiGen/ApiGen.github.io#11
cypht.org is managed via https://github.com/cypht-org/cypht-website so it would be better to have a sub-domain like https://docs.cypht.org/ or https://devdocs.cypht.org/ or https://apigen.cypht.org/ or ?

I don't see a strong reason to change apigen - we can continue generating these with a script and publish to a subdomain = docs.cypht.org seems good.
