0.4版首次初始化Adapter数据为空时会报空对象 #20

虽然说最佳实践是数据加载完再初始化Adapter，但难免出现数据为空的情况，建议修复这个问题，在UltimateViewAdapter的getItemViewType()方法中，当getAdapterItemCount() == 0时，加入判断，返回VIEW_TYPES.NORMAL
