Show number of open tabs and total tabs for each window [enhancement]

On the window line only.
This would facilitate transfering tab(s) between windows via the navagator, if multiple windows are used.
The transfer dialog of the navigator (at least vivaldi) shows how many tabs are open in each window.

Knowing the total tabs remembered by window could be useful info as well.
Eg, if there are 10 tabs open in a window, out of 25, maybe many or most of the non-open are not still needed ?
