I think this was when I dragged a tab off a window, and then hid the first window.
Expected: TF shows the tabs in separate windows
Observed: TF shows the tabs in the same window, and doesn't show a window for the tab dragged off. Clicking the item for the tab that had been dragged off appeared to do nothing.
