In a partially-open window that is longer than the window when expanded, deleting a closed tab down below causes the window to scroll back to the top. May be related to the recently-fixed jstree issue - see #102.
Tested in v0.3.0-pre.1.

I've observed that behavior for windows fully open or fully closed.
I have not yet used partially open windows.
I agree that it is a bug.
The work-around is the delete the tab in the navigator window.
