snapshots page not in git #331

The page and generation script for https://curl.se/snapshots/ is not in this git repository. I wanted it to make an addition to add

<a href="https://github.com/curl/curl-container/pkgs/container/curl-container%2Fcurl">Docker</a>

to the Binary snapshots section.

Yeah, legacy stuff from back when the snapshots were hosted on a separate machine. Let me see what I can do to make this better...
