Do we have any workflow for pathway enrichment analysis based on GWAS data?

@Shicheng-Guo no we don't have GSEA pipelines. @UxxUnet is working on PoPS pipeline, but I dont think it is complete yet.

It is. But it needs to be adjusted according to different sources of data.
