I thought back at some point I learned this is how VSCode searches all files for content.

Edit, then re-ran across this lol; glad I wasn't crazy thinking that there was something even faster than silver searcher; still fzf + history search is my favorite probably most used unix tool (aside from living in ZSH and the power level theme)
