Port TAfGT's project and file templates to GTA if possible.

@dschwartz1957 I thought you might be interested in already trying the new project and item templates - they should work, but I didn't have the time yet to test them thoroughly (in particular not on VS versions other than 2017). Your mileage may thus vary, but this is the version I'm planning to release... Would love to get some early feedback on this!

GoogleTestAdapter_Templates.zip (note that I haven't increased the adapter's version yet, so please uninstall your current GTA version first)
