<h3><strong>Dr. Carlos Renzo Zeballos Velarde</strong></h3>

		<p class="text-justify">Architect and town planner, specialized in planning and urban environmental design and analysis in Geographic Information Systems, with studies in Japan, USA, Argentina and Peru.</p>
		<p class="text-justify">He obtained his Doctorate in the University of Kyoto, Japan, as well as a master's degree at the Lanus National University, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied Architecture at the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa.
		</p>
		<p class="text-justify">Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture Research, and professor affiliated with the Federal University of the Far East in Vladivostok, Russia.
		</p>
		<p class="text-justify">He has participated as an exhibitor at conferences in countries on 4 continents and  has visited more than 60 countries in 5 continents collecting information on architecture, urbanism and landscape, about which he has taught and written in multiple publications in several countries and languages.	
		</p>
		<p class="text-justify">As a consultant he has participated in different plans of importance for the city: Plan of the Historical Center (UNESCO -2000), Master Plan of Arequipa 2002-2015, Pro Chili, Metropolitan Plan of Arequipa 2015-2025. He participated as guest lecturer and lecturer at various national universities. He has published several publications and organized international photo exhibitions.
