Gpx import does not handle multiple tracks

While uploading a gpx file to a ride we recognized our GpxImporter to be unable to handle multiple tracks in a single gpx file. It only processes the first track and ignores all others.

This has to be fixed in a several classes as in the gpx import and the timelapse stuff as well.
