[Bug] Collapse and Expand is not working

Steps to reproduce

1. git clone --branch master https://github.com/Prasanth-FrontEnd/mill-app.git
2. npm install
3. ng serve -o
4. Please check collapse and expand issue in sidenav and navbar.

What is expected?

1. Should open and list the items after clicking Authentication in sidenav.
2. Should collapse and expand the sidenav after clicking menu in navbar.

What is actually happening?

1. after clicking Authentication in sidenav. Items are not expanding in sidenav.

I haven't changed anything just copy pasted the assets folder and required pages in Angular code base. Also, I have given the github repo with my changes. What details do you need?
