Steps to reproduce

1. Create doughnut / pie chart
2. Hover some parts inside
3. When you're hovering a part, a tooltip with informations appear.
   Problem : Tooltip is glitching and it moves to other parts

What is expected?

We are expecting to see datas of the part of the pie of which we are hovering (in a tooltip)

What is actually happening?

When we're hovering a part, the tooltip who's displaying the data informations is glitching and moves to another part of the graph
