Package consort

Enables the creation of consort diagrams: e.g. patients excluded, included, lost, etc.

The package does not seem to be included in any of the other task views: ClinicalTrials, Epidemiology, ExperimentalDesign, MetaAnalysis, ReproducibleResearch.

It should be added to this task view, and maybe also mentioned in the MetaAnalysis task view.
